    He's here

Well after over two months of prep and research I finally got my baby savannah today. Just got in from his Vet visit and he's a healthy little guy. Very active and curious too. I put him in his new home and he's been on the the go, tongue flicking and on checking everything out hehe. As soon as I get some decent pics I'll put them up.

    Re: He's here

Even without pics you could have given us a little more info...

How old? How big? What is the enclosure like? WC or CBB?

Congrats by the way. If it's your first monitor, welcome!

He looks great, where did you find him? I haven't seen one that looks good in along time, especially around here. I think my local pet shops should be banned from carrying certain reptiles.

    Re: He's here

Thanks, he's a fun little guy I'm already in love with him/her! I'll get some full enclosure shots for ya Slayer, I don't have any at the moment though.

I got him from bigappleherps.com They were really helpful and made sure I had the means to care for him before selling him to me. I called them to place the order. You can order live reptiles online w/o talking to any, but I've never liked not talking to the people I'm buying from.
