Looks like a reduced pattern to me, which is a normal with a fancy paint job, unless it is genetic. Then it would be refered to as a Genetic Reduced Pattern, or True Reduced Pattern, or sometimes they may be called Genetic Banded. But that is an awesome looking BP either way...

Without being proven as anything genetic. No more than a normal. It needs to be bred to see if any babies come out looking exactly like that one. Until then. Its just a very nice normal. Many banded or reduced pattern snakes are not genetic.
