    Pre lay shed.

    I actually have two questions if anyone can help.

    My female had ovulation April 9th or 10th, and is shedding already. she actually just finished. That only being 15 days later (max), does this mean something if it's not the normal 26-30 days after? Can she be that much ahead of schedule, or was it not ovulation? I'm almost sure it was.

    and do you think this would be a good incubator to use for 1-3 ball python clutches?

    The 26 to 30 day period isn't the period between ovulation and shed, it's the period between shed an laying. If she shed two weeks after her ovulation, she's right on schedule! And as for the second question, I really think those incubators are overpriced, but I'm sure it would work well enough for a couple of clutches. Good luck, and congratulations!
