I've got a friend that has one male and he is the most evil snake of all times. Can't help you on the set up, I could ask him to give me a list.

I work with an adult female macklotts at my job (exotic pet store) and it is one snake I highly recommend feeding it in a separate tub.

Ever since I started feeding the her in her enclosure she has charged the cage door and struck at me when I open her the it. Oops.. I feed her in a separate tub now.

I think it's just in the nature of this snake. They are nasty from what I've seen of them (somewhat limited exposure).

Well when we first got her in she was far from aggressive, not even food aggressive. So I've seen a change in her behavior.

Yeah, I don't know what to tell ya. I've only seen a few and all were agressive. My friend can't go anywhere near the enclosure without the snake striking towards him.

    Crazy!

I keep 2 males and this is their enclosure

When they were very little they were hellions. could'nt handle them without a glove now they are more relaxed and just over a year old. Beautiful snakes and a joy to keep!!!

They are usually flighty as babies but adults are usually pretty calm. My girl is a doll, just very inquisitive.
