Re: How Often Do You Handle Your Snakes?

I too check on each snake once or twice a day. More if Im expecting eggs. I do not handle the BPs very often at all. Especially the ones that are more nervous. I tend to leave them be. I do howevre handle my boas, retic and borneos a few times a week. They actually get more attention as far as handling and out-time goes. The retics because they simply get mad and hold a grudge if they are ignored. The borneos and boas because they have the potential of becoming large and dangerous if they are never handled and allowed to develop any agression issues. So really it varies depending on how many snakes a person has and what species they are.

Science by the way, has actually proved some things that were thought to be of a purely "spiritual belief" theory. No one will ever know everything and really anything you can prove to me can in some way be proven wrong by someone else. "You" being a generalised term.
