Looks good!!! Me and my wife's upgrade is not for a loooong time though because we just upgraded to our 3gs's not too long ago You already know that though Nate since I talked to you about it when we did it - lol. We really like our 3gs's though so it's not such a bad thing I guess...

3GS will get all of the benefits of 4.0 software when it launches including multitasking. You won't be missing much.
