    If it were me, and you think they are not only connected (but could share fluid) (the left ones I was thinking about mostly). I would give them a couple more days to see if they have veins and then tie them off so the bad eggs don't spoil the good ones. I would try to use something thicker than thread, like a ziptie or something.
