My all time favorite morning treat is "Hocus Pocus Buns". They take a little prep time but man are they good.
Ingredients
The biscuits that come in the green can, no sleep last night so the name escapes me.
Bag of big marshmallows
melted butter or margarine
a mix of sugar and Cinnamon
Needed to prepare one slightly greased muffin pan, oven preheated to the temp recommended on the biscuit package.
Step one dip marshmallow in the melted butter
Step two roll in the sugar Cinnamon mixture to coat
Step three flatten out one biscuit and place the marshmallow in the center.
Step four fold the biscuit around the marshmallow and seal at the top by pinching together.
Step five dip the top of the biscuit in the butter and then in the sugar mix.
Last place in the pan crimped side up.
Bake until done.
They get their name from the fact that the marshmallow disapears during cooking leaving the muffin shaped biscuit hollow, but coated with the mallow, sugar, & cinnamon glaze, with a pool of it in the bottom of the biscuit.
You will hurt yourself eating them.
