That sounds very good.
I do not cook often, but every now and then I will. My favorite is salmon. I top it with some mayo, dill, oregano, and then bake it. I also make pan-seared jumbo shrimp occasionally. After I thaw them by running then under cold water, I mix them with some old bay seasoning, salt, and a little sugar. I then sear with a little oil on both sides until they are done.
