You have your BP.net Gallery, or you can use Photobucket.

Once you've uploaded a picture to one of those, look for the BB code with the IMG tags, and then just paste it in to your post.

It will look similar to this:

[IMG]http://photobucket.com/blabla/image01.jpg[/IMG]
