    Depends on how you feed as well as how your ball eats.
    It's not abnormal for a female ball python to be about 1000g @ 2 years. A female fed somewhat vigorously can hit 1000g in a year or 1 1/2 years. It should realy take a female about 3 years to hit 1500-2000g for her to breed. Not 1100-1500g in a year.

    We have 08 females that are in the 350g range as well as 09s in the 350g range and they eat when ever they are hungry/ or will accept food. So really it can depend on the snake.
