Man single elimination would be horrible! I hope they never do that! Series are way way more exciting. The olympics are a snore. I hated having to suffer that instead of watching NHL awesomeness. The olympics all togather is just boring. Honestly the cup is way more important than any medal.

Yes there is some contact but you want to talk to some people go to the Panthers and ask Booth how he feels after a Mike Richards check , or ask Mark Savard how his seasons going after being blindsided by Matt cooke ....better yett ask Matt Cooke how he is feeling after getting punished by Evander Kane.

I love all sports I bleed Orange and Black first , I Bleed Eagles Green and Phillies Red ......76 need to get rid of that Dope Eddie Jorden, and Elton Brand before I bleed anything basketball .

See we are a minority of people because we know what it feels like to deliver a check skating 30 mph or taking one .....hockey has plenty of pads but we take A LOT more punshment.

the Superbowl is only one game

yep its only one game, you cant make any mistakes cuz there is no tomorrow, you cant sit back and take 2-3 games to figure out your opponent, you have to put everything out there in that game and this is what fans of most sports want to see nba, nhl and mlb fans rarely ever say that want to see a series sweep they want to see a game 7 that one game ends up with more hype than the other 6 games combined almost.

every Superbowl is a game 7

I am glad it's not single elimination. A series really lets you see how these teams are working and sweating and fighting. Learning about there opponents and maybe there's an upset.

It's why I think our playoffs are so fantastic. And why the rivalries get so intense.

All sports are great and I am sorry to jerhart if I caused any offense. But I love hockey. I am a puck head.
