Yep, reptile basics is your best bet, and yes the shipping is outrageous. I'm not sure what it is, but it seems that every reptile website charges a minimum of $12 shipping even though it doesn't cost near that much to ship it. It really bugs me now with those flat rate boxes that are $4.....But that's how it is. I paid $12 shipping on 9 feet of flexwatt, a whopping .3 pounds and the box was the size of a pop can
Unless you live in NC you're out of luck.
Oh, and I use a plastic sweater sized tub for my water bucket. It's a lot easier to cut through than a 5 gallon bucket.
