As I pointed out to you on the other thread and the other site, you bought from one of the most stand up guys in the business. You knew that when you checked the BOI.

Then a bunch of people who you don't know and who have no stake in this start throwing in their $0.02 and you begin to doubt your deal.

There's a lesson to be learned here:

(1) If you think some one has done you wrong, talk to the person instead of dragging his name through the forums and affecting potential clients. In the time it took to make all these posts you could have called Dave and discussed your doubts.

(2) Some people on this and other forums tend to run their mouths when their brains are off. Just because someone has an opinion doesn't mean it's a valid one.
