I hope this isn't seen as a constant bumpage thing, I just keep some threads updated as I think of it.

No! Don't stop. I don't reply every time (or even close), but I'm glad for the updates, and really impressed with your progress! It helps me keep inspired on some of the improvements I'm making in my own life.

    Re: a 100 year

Hey Samuel, don't stop posting man. Honestly I enjoy reading through this thread. Every winter I gain about 15 pounds and once spring hits I always start dieting to get back down to my normal weight.

So I just started my dieting and working out again about 7 days ago, and reading positive stories like this keep me motivated and help me to stick with my plan.

Good job so far, and I am sure you will hit your 100 pound goal easily if you continue the way your doing it.

Don't stop! At least you're not making a new thread every time! I like seeing the updates too. It's awesome to see someone so dedicated.

Thanks to all of you for being supportive. I just don;t want to be bothering people I guess. If my updating this doesn't do that, then I will continue.

Awesome! I think you'll have more than a 100 year in 2010! After all, the year isn't even halfway over yet.
