Yeah, we have a generator, but warm water and heat packs or hand warmers are a good solution. Looks unusually chilly there! The sun will warm your house and heat things up some, making it easier, but you might have a bit of worry over night. Cover the racks/cages with blankets if it drops below 70 in your home, that will help keep in the heat from the bottles and warmers.
If you have a gas stove, and the gas works, but the power doesn't, crack the oven open and turn it on. It's not safe, never leave it that way, but it will heat the kitchen and surrounding areas. You can bring any of the more vulnerable animals in there.
Worst case, pack them all into bags, and warm them in your kitchen or in your car.
Don't feed if you think there's a possibility of cold temps, she'll be fine.
