if her temps and humidity are right and your terrarium size is right then just make sure she has a snug hide, clean water and feed her an appropriate size meal once a week and she will do just fine. there's no need to overfeed her . her weight will climb quickly till she is of proper weight for her size.
i personally see nothing wrong in taking in a disadvantaged ball as long as your willing to nurse it back to health. good work
