Well Judy I guess this is the end of us meeting in Birmingham. But I am envious about the location though. I have always loved that part of the country. Best to you and yours on the move. And thank you for being a good military wife so hubby can serve our country.

I was about to say the same, lol. Be prepared for snow in the winter . If you've ever been to Flagstaff (since I noticed you've lived in AZ a couple times), it's almost the exact same climate and elevation. Beautiful weather spring-fall. I only know this since my cousins have lived up there a couple years now.

Hey, never actually posted on here before, but I live in the Springs. D20 has a great band program, Air Academy High School has an unbeatable band, they have won state 5 times.

Thank you SO much for the video and the offer for more help! Because I'm sure I'll have tons of questions. Too tired to think of any at the moment, though. I'll shoot you a PM when I can collect my thoughts well enough to compose coherent questions that might have applicable answers. LOL

I showed that video to my daughter, who is going to be a senior and plays trumpet in the band. She's been to two different high schools already and is very sad to have to start over again for her SR year....but the video was a big lift to her that there are legitimate band programs available with the scale of talent she is used to performing in! (Of course...now she's laid down an ultimatum (tongue in cheek) and told me that if we can't get her into THAT particular school, she'll be devistated... )
