I was a manager for that chain several years ago. You will soon learn, if ya get a chance to work at different stores, that there are some really good stores and then so not so good stores. I do believe for a big corporation they do try to do the best for the animals and the customers. Specialty dept. is an awesome section to work. If you do want to move up in the store/company it is a great one to learn the paper work that is needed. Hopefully you have both a great manager both with the store and the department.
