Every time I watch his videos I end up with chew marks on my keyboard.

It happens if you nick any of the blood vessels in the egg - normally people candle first to see where the major blood vessels are and mark with a pencil where it is safer to cut.

Though even when doing that I managed to hit one this year. And yes I cut them in the style BG just told us we shouldn't.

But at least I didn't try and pull them out of the egg right?

Yes it´s him, I think that he has cut more eggs in his life than we ever can cut with all our collections together.

This is a guy with a lot of experience so I don´t think that you can compare that but hay, who am I......

BG I understand what you are saying and all except one of them was pipped with 99% of those holes made I just cut the tiny pieces that were holding them in place. The one that I did cut I do agree that I cut it to large.
