What a new way to introduce my New ball pythons

I was on my way home a couple weeks ago from school and was taking my 2 new baby ball pythons home. Well the tupperware containers I was keeping them in was in my passanger seat. I was 25 miles away from home the roads were ice and there was a guy in my lane. I moved over as far as I could lost control and ended up going into a ditch and eventually flipping my jeep. Of course my first thought as it came to a stop was "My snakes" ok maybe that was my second thought. I got out of the jeep and they ended up spending 2 hours wrapped in a dufflebag with clothes to keep them warm because when the emergency squad showed up there were like no. They thought i hit my head a little two hard. Luckily I wasn't injured, and the snakes are doing fine.

Oh my god! Thats terrible. Did you have insurance? Your lucky your ok. Please tell me your Jeep was a 4x4 and you had it in 4wd! I bought my 2nd Jeep just 1 week before the first snow this year and I was so greatful for it. Its good you are ok and that your new babies are too.

Yup dont know what went wrong there but it was in 4 wheel drive and I was only going like 25 mph. Just hit the right patch of ice I guess. Just liability insurance. I only payed 700 for it and with the conditionit was in the insurance company probably wouldn't give me anything anyways. Its alright though. I sold it to a guy for 500 who is going to cut the top off of it and use it in an apple orchard.

Wow! Glad you are okay. Driving in snow and ice is scary. Even in 4wd, you can start sliding. I almost put my Jeep into a deep ditch because I hit a patch of ice while I was trying to turn and I was only going 5-10mph. Scary stuff. Glad the snakes are doing well too. That's one heck of a "Welcome home." haha.

glad that you and the snakes are ok!!!

4WD doesn't do any good on ice, and in fact can sometimes make it worse!!!

Poor jeepy though, I'm a jeep girl myself!!
