Re: spider head patterns
You all seem to know your way around spiders & bees, so who better to answer a question or lend advice.
I am looking for a female to eventually pair with my male Pastel. I found a breeder who is selling a high (really high actually) white with yellow along the middle 09 spider female, around 200 grams, and is willing to sell it to me for $160. Would you all consider this a good deal? If need be, PM me for photos, but I didn't think I could post the sellers photos on here...
I hope to create high-white bees, so would the high-white on the female spider help with that? Is it even a desirable characteristic? Thanks guys

If it's an '09 and 200 grams, it is probably not the most reliable feeder.
Be wary.

Re: spider head patterns
Nice pics, I like the bee with the eye brows lol very unique. I was actually wondering the same thing about high white bees: If you have a high white spider, does that mean you will produce high white bees? My spider is not very high white, is there still a chance of producing high white bees?
