Not digesting

My 09 hatchling corn snake ate 2 pinkies last tuesday. One lump is still clearly visible today!

setup = 85 to 73 with 50% humidity

what do I do?

I dont see how thats possible .Where is the lump exactly? Is it possible to post a pic?
