    I would limit it to a couple of hours a day, max, unless your home is 80F and 60% humidity. Spending a long time in dry conditions can cause chronic low-level dehydration (which is what causes bad sheds, and can cause respiratory issues). Low temperature air is also hard on the snake's lungs. Your body heat may keep it warm, and the snake may not feel too stressed, but those aren't the the only factors.
