I had a friend that did that. He was always under stress from being out in the gulf all the time and barely seeing friends and family. Great job but very lonely from what I understand. I hope you have lots of music, movies, an Ipod, and a great internet/text plan on your phone to keep your sanity

Re: Stress!
My stress relievers are my animals. If I am feeling stressed, I go and check all the animals and top up every single water bottle, spot clean, organize the animal room, etc. If I am feeling really stressed I get a nice shower and put on the most comfortable pjs I own and climb into bed with my cats. All four usually come running over to cuddle and we make a big kitty cuddle pile.

Re: Stress!
Meditation*, video games, cooking (which I've recently got back into, and love it), walks (especially at night), and music. Not necessarily in that order, it depends what 'type' of stress I'm suffering from.
* If anybody has ever been interested in learning to meditate, but never thought it was accessible enough to fit into your life, try this great book: 8 Minute Meditation
This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.
