    Updated pictures

I promised I'd update on his growth back in January, and he's been growing so fast since I switched him completely to live (he was very hit or miss with f/t) so I thought it was a good time. I love this little guy, and he's the perfect subject because he doesn't move!

There's 3 different species of snakes that people will commonly refer to as Blood Pythons.

There's the authentic Blood Pythons aka Red Bloods

There's Borneo Short Tailed Python aka Borneo Pythons

Then there's the Sumatran Short Tail Pythons aka Blacks

This is a Black aka Sumatran Short Tail Python

Thanks everyone! The contrast of the eyes against the black is one of the things that really swayed me over to the Sumatran short tails, though I love reds and Borneos, too!

Thanks Pandp and Tiffany. I really have to give a big thanks to Jordan again for producing this guy!

He's been a really laid back sweetie except for that one time he had a bad shed. It was his first shed with me, and I guess I didn't have the humidity high enough because I had to help him with it (his most recent shed was 100% perfect, though!). He was so mad at me and didn't cool off for a week. At least I got cool pictures out of it! You can tell how much thinner he is in this picture, too. I was still trying to get him to take f/t back then, but I'm going to wait until he is a little bigger now.

So dark, and those bright orange eyes, I love it! Very nice Sumatran!
