    Lightbulb Stress!

How do you deal with it?

On a normal weekend I would veg out and do a few chores, hang out with friends, do some heavy drinking and watch cartoons.

But man this weekend was suuuuuper busy, some of which was good, some of which wasn't. And this week is gonna be even worse. Stress over trying to get my new BP's cage perfect and her not eating and be being a general worrier ARGH!

    My Stress Relievers:
    Cartoons
    Booze
    Booze with friends
    Booze with friends and DnD
    Booze and MW2
Booze and reading or watching reptiles.
Burgers w/ lots of cheese, mustard, and fries and well...you know.

So how about you? Any good stress relievers you use?

    Re: Stress!

If I am really stressed out and it doesn't matter if I procrastinate doing work, I watch TV shows and movies.

I am quite good at watching show after show after show for hours on end. Most people get tired of watching multiple episodes of TV show in one sitting, but not me! Lol I should not be proud of this...

Also, I like to take my animals out to play with (namely the crested geckos since they are more fun).

I will also cook and clean for fun....yes for fun...

    Re: Stress!

I'm the same way about rewatching shows thats why I am made for DVDs. I sometimes cook for fun to but cleaning usually cancels that out

I am looking forward to opera being acclimated, fed, and digested so I can handle her. That gives me something to look forward to.

    Re: Stress!

One of my stress relievers used to be going for a drive with some good music. Which occasionally backfired of course, but generally worked.

When family allows Ill include Fishing, walking on the beach, or a hot shower followed by some Dean Koontz.

    Re: Stress!

I like to ride around town on my bike and listen to music when I'm feeling especially stressed out or upset. At home I tend to space out and procrastinate, and drink...Kinda like what I'm doing right now. Drinking and listening to Bonobo, when I should be doing some major cleaning around my apartment. Darn these addicting snake forums...

    Re: Stress!

I used to deal with stress by endlessly cruising around on the internet... But lately that's been boring.

I clean to burn some steam off. Having a small apartment with alot of things makes for a mess, even the day after cleaning. So I clean and organize until I get tired. I always feel MUCH better after everything is nice and clean.

If I had a treadmill at home I'd run... But I'm too lazy to drive to the gym during the day!

I've played 3rd, 3.5, and 4th. Saga edition Star wars to.

I'm kinda torn on 4th, but I think I like it. We play tons of other games to, great excuse to get togather and drink and roleplay and have fun.
