There a ton of things you can or can't do. Its up to you if you want to be a mad scientist or not. You (i assume)are incubating the eggs yourself , so you already are stepping in and you can leave it at that (in my experience(as well as my highly experienced peer, Ben) mold on eggs do not transfer to others). Other pros could tell you to use an antifungal foot powder and that may in fact stop the mold. Some pros could also tell you u can isolate that egg from the clutch with the use of dental floss.
