I am shooting for 82-84 on the side in question for ambience. Sadly as I couldn't find a dimmer today I'll have to go searching again tomorrow to find one for the basking side. I'm going to order a thermostat for that side, but I don't want her to have to wait three days because her owner is stupid.
Oh, so you are using this one for the cool side? low 80's for the cool side is fine.
