Well I say Heather she is my go to gal and one of my dearest friends. I also give lots of nods to Collette, Kara, Kim, and Tracy. Just keep in mind all these ladies do the work with partner in there lives, Heather is a True Female doing this on her own(with a little help from The Joel).
