Re: after eating
It could be days until she poops, mine usually takes 5 to 6 days.
I usually wait AT LEAST 24 hours until I handle mine after a feed. It's fine to move around a bit with the enclosure (changing water, misting if necessary) is fine, but I won't do more than that.

Mine usually takes a few weeks to poop. You should also wait 2 days before handling.

Re: after eating
I don't handle mine for 48 hours after they eat. They poop when they want to poop. Pretty unpredictable until you notice a pattern.

Much like the time it takes them to shed, their movements can be an individual variation. As long as they are pooping, than you're good. If you think it has been a long time than handling them and gently massaging down their bodies might help things along. Usually they won't need that. Also, when they shed they also usually poop, due to all the twisting and turning.
It is recommended that you wait 48 hours after feeding. That is generally how long it takes to digest the food. Handling too soon can risk regurgitation.
Don’t forget to review the Ball Python Care Sheet for more information and any reminders.
This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.
