Except it wasnt the cops. It was the justice system. Cops dont choose the punishment they just enforce the laws


We should have zero tolerance for people who are like this... I mean, i hate the government invading privacy and stuff, but what is the world coming to when you need a high quality surveillance camera on every building!?!?!?!? - AND THEY STILL GET AWAY!!!!!!
