They should feel grateful to have you -- a dedicated, active employee looks very good on their store. How often do we read posts about clueless and apathetic pet store workers? And how often do we repeat that we'd never shop there?

If anything negative ever comes down the pipes about this incident, just point them in this direction so they can read such posts for themselves -- and then decide what type of rep they want their employees giving their business; caring passionate and knowledgeable, or clueless lazy and stupid?

Thank you, very much. You'd be amazed on how many animals, expecially reptiles that are given to us that are just in the most horrific condition. I just snapped, he had crossed that line and it made it worse because he showed no sign of remorse or that he even cared at all. We are a small family owned store, and I hate reading all these stories about these pet stores that have employees with no experience and know absolutely nothing about how to care for this animals properly.

Everyone who works at this store has been there for over 4 years, worked there since we were kids. We all have a passion for different animals, whether it be fish, reptiles, dogs/cats, rodents, birds etc etc. We care, and love our pets as our own when they come to us. We do what we can to give them the best of homes.

Agian, thank you very much.
