    My buddy dropped a ton of weight last year when he Stopped eating red and white meat. I know thats not abs but it's all I got.

    haha. well thanks for the advice. im not dropping my meats. but i am all the sweets i eat. im not fat. i just want a more toned body. like im not gunna eat chips, candy, not as much soda, and im gunna work out

    Hey I hear you I rip on him constantly for dropping meat.

    Maybe you can try googleing some fitness sites, or ask your phys ed teacher at school if he knows some good ab workout.

    If you are dedicated to it, you can really tone up in a month. If you swim hard every other day for an hour the with painful ab work outs on the off days you'll be good. Gradually work up to longer and longer swims and more intense ab exercises.
    You just have to know how to push yourself to really get the most out of your time, and have a chat with a school coach about good ab workouts. I can't really describe any on here.

    stripping all the fat that's around muscle will really make it look great. just work your ass off and don't eat sugars, especially not soda. P90x will buff you out like crazy in 90 days...

    If you do crunches, do ALOT. Not like 20 or 40... Like 100 or 200. When I first started doing crunches my lower back would start to hurt at like 15 and I would stop at 20. Would do that 5 times. But, if you push through that initial pain, it goes away and you can do alot more. My BF will do 100 at a time... He's crazy though, lol.

    If you do a full body workout, drink protein shakes.
