    How often do you palpate to check follicle growth?

    Can palpating to often cause harm?

    Palpatting cannot cause much harm if done properly. It's funny that you ask that, I was just having this conversation the other day with a friend. Palpate all you want to but DO NOT be too rough. Squeezing too hard can do damage.

    Once you feel the folicles growing, you can stop. That is unless you want to keep doing it. As far as hurting the snake, no that shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't put then in a vice like grip.
