once a day is good. you can also skip a day or just little meals each day.
also i took another look at your post on the other forum and get why you were lil ticked. 40 plus views with no replies can really suck.

She doesn't look too bad from the pic.
I don't know how you can rehome the rescues - we just end up keeping everything; although we do turn down an awful lot. Everytime we go to the local reptile zoo we are offered all kinds of critters; and the tempations are great but the room at the house is limited; seeing as I like BIG reptiles lol.
Stick with daily feedings. Variety is key. If you don't offer a lot of rodents then make sure supplementation is provided regularly. Oh, and they love canned snails - just rinse them off really thorough.

Thank you and there are a few that I have kept it is hard to find them homes but onxce I fine "THE HOME" for that animal(s) it's not so hard and I get email updates as well...oh and I breed my own rats so everyone who adopts from me comes to me for food too

congrats on the new addition . i also run a rescue , i always found that the tegu's i've had loved ground turkey and rats . the size of the rats depended on the size of the tegu ..
