I don't have any leucistic ball pythons personally, but I have not heard anything to suggest that they may be any less hardy by nature than a normal ball python. Enough have been produced now that people would start to notice that sort of thing, and vocalize about it. The only adverse affect that may be gene-linked I have heard about in leucistic ball pythons is bug-eyes occasionally occuring in blue-eyed leucistics. I haven't heard anything like that for black-eyed leucistic ball pythons.
