    I've noticed this too, but I'm fairly certain they've always consistently attempted to push legislation everywhere. I know I've personally become more aware of all of it recently (not to say that I was unaware of it before), as I've been keeping track of this sort of thing more and more after HR669. It looks like the HSUS is using the current HR2811 and S373 to sort of spearhead their agendas at the state level, as they've been in support of a lot of the attempts at state bans on reptiles and amphibians. I've noticed almost just as many proposals for "conventional pet" legislation as well.

    Regardless, I do hope several other big companies jump on this lawsuit and that the IRS ends up auditing them. I'd love to finally see the HSUS get what they've had coming for so long.
