Can someone ID this morph for me?
So, I found this snake in my backyard this morning...or rather, rescued it from one of my cats, who thought it was great fun to hunt. It is a corn snake, right? I have a ball python, but I don't know a whole lot about corn snakes, so I was wondering what morph this one is, and if anyone could give me a ballpark estimate at its age.

(Sorry it's so blurry)
For size reference, it's stretched out in a shoebox, and that's a 5-inch plastic pot next to it.
I assume it's an escapee...they can't survive a Pacific Northwest winter (temperatures down to about 25 degrees F), can they? I'm going to put up some fliers and ask the neighbors if anyone's lost their snake, but if no one claims it, I think I'll probably keep it.

Re: Can someone ID this morph for me?
Thanks! I was looking through pages of various morphs, but there are so many, it got to be a little overwhelming. I agree it looks like a snow after looking at more pictures of that morph.
Any idea how old it is? I realize it's hard to tell from photos, but I'm curious. And what size mice should I be feeding it (if I do end up keeping it)? I haven't weighed it yet because I want to let it get over the trauma of being attacked by my cat on a freezing cold morning...but is it the same rule for corns as it is for balls, where the mouse is 10-15% of the snake's body weight?

Re: Can someone ID this morph for me?
I've always heard and gone with feeding my corns mice that 1-1.5 times the diameter of the snake. It looks like it could be a bigger juvie or small adult.
This guy/gal looks a lot like my snow.
Good luck with him/her and let us know if you end up keeping him.

Re: Can someone ID this morph for me?
Nice looking snow corn! And no, I don't believe they are wild to the Northwest, where I also live... never seen a wild corn snake, let alone ANY snake around here, LOL.
Btw, I think it's an older juvie or young adult, unless my perspective is way off. My 7 month-old looks much smaller than that, and he's eating large mouse fuzzies... so your rescue might be able to take hoppers by now. Here's a comparison shot for reference, of my young corn on my hand - he weighed around 50g last time I checked:

Hmmmmmm. Looking at your photos again and realizing how small that flowerpot is, he might be my baby's age (6-7 months)... I'd start with a fuzzy mouse, and see how he/she handles it.
