10-15% works good for me I feed my young guys your size every 3 days. I have a pair of pastels the male is just over 250 grams and has already started to refuse food that frequently. The female on the other had is over 550 grams and started taking small smalls (rats). I got both in mid November from a show at the time they were 80 (male) and 68 grams (female). The female takes every meal offered and has even eaten some of the males refusals.
