3" may still be too tall for the hides. They really prefer a tight fit. Everything else looks good though!

It does take them a while to settle in to their new homes. When I got my first, she wouldn't even go in her hides. I think she was afraid they might have been home to some snake eating monster! So at first she "hid" under the accurite. Pretty soon, though, she figured out what the hides were for.
