Re: Sable and Pastel Sable
Thanks for posting the pics Joe. It's nice to see how the Sables and Sable combos look as they mature. I believe we will eventually hit on the right combination of genes to go with the Sables & Super Sables.

You may not like that pastel sable, so I'll be glad to take it off your hands! I honestly think that snake looks amazing.

Me too. I was saying in another thread how the pastel sables will be a stepping stone to other morphs. The pastel sable yellow belly is nice.......a nice step up from the pastel sable.

Lol....thanks for the kind words.
It's not that I don't like it - I love this snake. I'm just saying compared to all the "pretty" crosses we have been seeing recently, this is somewhat of a clunker. A "dirty" morph. I am a big fan of dark, dirty looking morphs.
Actually, I haven't run into a ball python that I didn't like
When you look at something like Colin's ghost-super-pastel-I-wonder-how-many-morphs-can-fit-in-one-snake-lesser and then look at a super sable, there is no comparison. One is undeniably pretty and the other isn't. But the dark super sable has beautiful iridescence to it and an evil look that I love. Just two of the different directions that we are taking ball pythons I guess.
