She was housed with a male for about a year until I just separated them... I'm worried she might be gravid :/

Honestly the way shes laying, plus the lumping you can kind of make out in her makes me believe she might actually be gravid and in her pre lay shed. I'm not a breeder, but the way her whole bottom 2/3rds of her body looks like there are some small round objects in her. Did you feed recently?

Well, that decreases the chances that she is gravid, as they usually stop eating. She might still be in the building stages, and since they can retain sperm, she could still end up gravid.

I assumed that she starting eating better because she is now being housed alone. It's been two weeks since her last meal on Sunday, and she started her shed cycle about 5 days ago.

She is going into shed. That is what my male looks like before he goes into shed. Sometimes the pink goes away before they shed and then the next day he shed. Its really odd. But why are you only feeding her every other sunday? My male that is about the same size eats once a week, a medium rat. What are you feeding her?
