Looks like she is just going into a shed (and usually a nice poop along with it). But just to make sure, what are the temperatures read with probe thermometer on the bottom of that cage (or a temp gun). It could also be that they are too hot and it's hurting/burning her belly.

What are you using to heat the tub? What kind of control device are you using to control the heating element?
