Cypress is...bad?

the problem i have with cypress is unless you get 100% and it has to say 100% on the bag and it will be more!! you can't get it at homedepot/lowes/walmart!! it will be a mix of cypress and pine. some mixes are only 80% cypress.

I got a bag of 100% Cypress from a local nursery, and there was a good sized chunk of plywood in it.

Hey yall!! I just want to let you know I love the Cypress as much as the next person. BUT......
I called the company who makes the Cypress from Home Depot Their "organic" blend.. Just an fyi for you and many. I talked with a rep there and she had told me they cut cedar on the same machines and there is a chance of some getting mixed in with your Cypress. That lil bit of news freaked me out. So I stopped useing it. Not saying yours is bad or to never use the stuff. But I just wanted to put that out there..
