I just got 11 dumbo hets yesterday. I am holding the females back to get some more dumbo breeder females. Exciting times!

The other female in that trio popped last night. I haven't counted the little ones yet, but I suspect that there are at least ten there by the looks of the pile.

20 total babies between the moms. Ten average is solid for a first litter.

I can't wait to see how this project turns out. Manx Dumbos could be the next hot thing LOL.

use birthing racks to reduce loss and 12-15 will not be uncommon if you follow the instructions I gave you

I get an average of 10 without seperation

I haven't lost any yet. These are first litters for these girls. Two of them had 11 and one had 9. They're all fat and healthy. I should have waited a little longer to breed them, but wtf. I get impatient sometimes LOL.

I am going to be biting my nails waiting the 16 weeks to breed them. I NEED manx dumbos LOL.

Yeah, I have been giving the nursing females sunflower seeds to keep their calories up. I figure that it can't hurt. They're pretty much using every calorie that they eat at the moment.
