    I searched the web for a recipe, but there isn't one. It is being called a 'bacon cheeseburger turtle', though.
    So, we can guess that you take ground beef and cheese, and mold it around the hot dogs, cut them appropriately, and then wrap the body in interlaced bacon, and bake it.

    I'd probably step it up a notch by using some bread crumbs and onions along with other seasonings in the ground beef, and some decent quality sausages for the limbs.
