I would check your temps, humidity, etc.

If your snake is trying to get out, he is probably trying to regulate his body temperature/humidity that you are not providing to him.

A happy BP is one that you won't see very often. They are reclusive and enjoy solitary time in a hide. That is why most recommend 2 hides, a warm side and cool side. That way, the snake doesn't have to choose security over temperature.

Sounds to me like your snake is stressed out about something, so just check your temps/humidity, etc. Is there constant noise where he is housed? Are the lights on 24/7? Are the hides too big for him? BP's like small tight hides that keep them snug.

Many things to consider here. But I doubt he is going through the thought process "hmm, I got out before, let me try again!".
