The snake, wether free or not, was part of the deal. It was in the same box. If it was a packing issue then it greatly endangered the life of the other snake as well. By compensate I dont mean return pay for a free snake. A second normal or some other arrangement could be made. Or reimbursment for the shipping?
Maybe its just me but I dont believe its ok to just let it go only because the snake was a free normal.. It was free and the other one was near heat stroke but its ok.. Its all good. No big deal![]()
Seriously. How many other breeders (if confronted about this and you shipped these snakes) would just tell the customer.. Well I'm sorry to hear that but it was the free one so there is nothing I can do..
Just doesnt seem right to me. The OP's girlfriend got all excited about having a snake to take care of. Her snake arrived hot and dead.. The breeder cant afford to send another free snake?
Thats my rant. Its an animal. It matters.
