Re: Is this normal?
sounds like your bp is stressed, might want to post pics of your setup and or describe it at least.

if activity is constant rather than just at night and the occasional daytime movement, you may need to rethink a few things. what's the temp/humidity? what's your setup like for him/her in general?

Re: Is this normal?
Do you have a under tank heater? Is your BP soaking? Maybe you have it set to hot? I would agree if your able to send pics this would help. Or some more info at least.
Kinda hard to say if you just have a very very active BP or there might be something stressing it out.

Just saying that your temp and humidity is fine isn't answering the questions that are being asked to try to help you out.
WHAT are your temps on the warm side and cool side? WHAT is your humidity?
What are you using to measure both temp and humidity.
Something is stressing out your snake, the members here are simply trying to figure out what that is by asking you direct questions.

Re: Is this normal?
I can't really see the left side of the tank but it looks like the tank is too big, not enough hide boxes and/or they are too big. i don't see a thermometer/hygrometer. the sticky thermometer on the bottom right is not good quality. We need to know the actual temps and humidity but i would definitly move him to a 10 gallon tank, keep his warm side between 88-92 and cool side at 78-82 with a humidity of 50-60 with 2 identical small hides at each end, also get a digital thermometer/hygrometer with probe to make sure your temps are where they need to be. Let him be for atleast a week. hope this helps.

Re: Is this normal?
One of my snakes is about that size, I have 2 of the exo-terra medium caves. Have 1/3 of the cage filled with random stuff (fake plants, wadded up newspaper) to block it off cause he's in a 29gal tank. Have the hides and a dish of water on the other side, I think your hide is too large, can't see the other one.
